Peanut Butter and Banana"Ice-cream"

I love ice-cream so much, that I can't buy a tub or I will eat some every single day. Recently, after going dairy free, I wanted to find a healthier alternative to the dessert I enjoy so much. 

This ice-cream is sure to make you feel better about indulging in a late night treat. The one I made is a Peanut Butter Banana "Ice-Cream" but feel free to add your own toppings. You can substitue the peanutbutter with chocoalte, fruit, etc. Here is how I made mine:



2 bananas (frozen)

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1/4 cup almond milk (as needed)




  1. Cut bananas into 1 inch pieces. 
  2. Add chopped bananas to the blender.
  3. Add peanutbutter.
  4. Start blender.
  5. Add almond milk slowly as needed. The more almond milk you add the thinner the ice cream will be. My blender is not that strong so I ended up needing to use the full amount.

Serve cold and enjoy!
